Don’t forget to sign up for some after school activity this week! Strength and conditioning that is age appropriate with Autie Parrott Blair or Erin Sparks

We’re officially back up and running for the fall! If your child needs an afterschool activity (don’t make them do homework right away 🤣) have them join our classes! We make movement and strength training fun as well as healthy!

Youth ages 6-12 Tuesday at 10:20 and Wednesday at 12:40

Middle school ages 11-15: Monday and Wednesday at 12:40!
