Meet Autie Blair! 💪

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Autie brings energy, encouragement, and athletic experience to our youth performance classes at S5 Elite Performance & Physical Therapy.

Autie was an elite softball pitcher who understands the importance of quality movement, strength, discipline, and having fun while training. She’s also a competitive athlete outside of softball, continuing to compete in CrossFit events and running competitions — many alongside PT Erin Sparks! 🏋🏻‍♀️🏃‍♀️🔥

A few fun facts about Autie:

🏋️ Favorite lift: Back Squats
👩‍👦 Proud mom to Jack Wilder — who you’ll often see cheering on the kids during workouts! At S5, we pride ourselves on being family-oriented, and our classes reflect that supportive atmosphere.
