List of items to be cleaned is what determines my prices. Square feet are not as important to me as how many actual rooms to be cleaned.
Example:
Mary has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen, dining room, living g room. But her son doesn't want anyone in his room or bathroom, so even if her whole house is 25,000 square feet, it doesn't matter because I am not cleaning the entire house unless her son agrees lol.
I vacuumed, swept, mopped, dusted, cleaned mirrors,glass doors, 2 bedrooms 2.5 baths top to bottom, kitchen sanitized, appliances cleaned outside, micro both in/out, removed all trash, changed all linens, cleaned mirrors, dusted shelves,knick snacks, wall art. Its bi-weekly so charged $150 but drove 40 mins to and from site plus used own supplies. Sound like a lot? Hmm some one else on here tried to charge her $250.
Long story short, I do exemplary work without breaking the bank!
