Purpose vs. Passion 🚗💜✨

Birthday month has me reflecting...

People often ask, "What's your passion?" But lately, I've been asking myself a different question:

"Am I living in my purpose?"

Passion is what excites you.
Purpose is what grounds you.

Passion comes and goes with seasons.
Purpose remains, even when life gets hard.

Today, my self-care looked like sitting in my car... no music, no phone calls, no rushing to the next thing. Just me. Breathing. Reflecting. Giving myself permission to pause.

Can we normalize these moments?

Not every act of self-care has to be a vacation, a spa day, or a picture-perfect experience. Sometimes healing looks like reclaiming 15 quiet minutes before stepping back into the world.

As I prepare to celebrate another year around the sun, I'm choosing purpose over pressure, peace over performance, and presence over perfection.

Here's to becoming more of who I was created to be.

Sometimes what feels like a loss is really exposure.
Exposure reveals what was hidden.
It uncovers misalignment, unhealthy patterns, one-sided relationships, and places where we’ve outgrown people, spaces, or versions of ourselves.
Loss hurts.
But exposure teaches.
Not everyone who leaves was meant to stay.
Not everything that falls apart was meant to continue.
Some situations had to be exposed so healing, clarity, and transformation could begin.

This interactive mental health awareness experience creates a safe space for authentic conversations surrounding mental health, trauma, emotional wellness, and community healing.
This event is designed to bring people together through storytelling, testimony, education, and connection while helping reduce stigma around mental health conversations — especially within underserved and marginalized communities.
Participants will engage in meaningful dialogue, gain access to supportive community resources, and leave feeling seen, heard, and empowered.
