October 16th marks World Spine Day, the world's largest public health initiative dedicated to raising awareness about spinal health and well-being.
Every day, Doctors of Chiropractic make a difference in their communities by caring for spinal health and overall well-being, and we thank them for that.💕

This year’s theme, “Spine Health for Life,” emphasizes caring for your backbone early and often — through good posture, safe lifting techniques, regular movement, and balance-strengthening activities.
