💚 Stronger Together: Celebrating CNA Appreciation Week! 💚

This week, we had the privilege of celebrating the incredible caregivers who make compassionate care possible every day.

From appreciation breakfasts and caregiver recognition to hands-on training with Dr. Joe Rattien, PT, and Netta from Physical Therapy 2 You, CNA Appreciation Week was filled with learning, laughter, teamwork, and gratitude.

Our caregivers are the heart of what we do. They help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home while bringing peace of mind to families throughout our community.

Thank you to every member of our care team for your dedication, compassion, flexibility, and commitment to excellence. Because of you, lives are changed every day.

What a wonderful day celebrating the incredible social workers and case managers in our community!

HomeChoice Home Care was proud to participate in the 2026 Social Worker & Case Manager Appreciation Luncheon as a Platinum Sponsor—our 8th year supporting this special event!

This year's Garden Party-themed table was a huge success, featuring appreciation bags for every guest at our table, fun giveaways, and a centerpiece prize packed with goodies, including snacks, a bottle of Rosé, insulated wine tumblers, a picnic blanket, and a $100 Visa gift card.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch, reconnected with old friends, made new connections, and most importantly, had the opportunity to thank the dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to support seniors and families every day.

At HomeChoice Home Care, we know that strong partnerships with social workers and case managers help ensure seniors receive the compassionate care and resources they need to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
