Temporary Massage Therapy Office Space Available – North Raleigh (Off Six Forks Road)
Available from 7/1/26–9/30/26, this professional massage therapy office space is available while I am on maternity leave. Rent is $525/month and includes internet, water, and electricity.
The therapist will have a private massage room and will share only the lobby and bathroom with one other therapist. Massage equipment and sheets are available for use. Flexible access is available any day of the week, excluding 9/12, 9/24, 9/26, and 9/30.
Requirements:
* Active North Carolina LMBT license
* Current professional liability insurance
* Therapist is responsible for their own clients, scheduling, and business operations
This is a clean, professional environment and is ideal for an established therapist looking for a temporary space. There may also be an opportunity, upon my return from maternity leave, to discuss a new rental arrangement for specific days that may become available on an ongoing basis.
