Thank you to our very own Chef Kenny who has begun a series of Health Talks for our residents! Hydration 101 was the first topic and tapped on the importance of drinking even if you aren't thirsty, how medication can affect your hydration levels and helpful tips to consume my liquids. 🥤

Yesterday we hosted The Willows Health Fair to help our residents discover all the services they can conveniently use and never need to leave their homes!

They were maaaniacs, maaaniacs on the floor! And they're dancing like they've never danced before! 🎶🎵🪩

Vibes were high last week during our I Love The 80s Dance Party. Dayglow and fishnets and a touch of Dynasty fashion helped get the party started. Fun times singing and dancing to iconic music with great friends and neighbors is always a great time!

Stop by The Willows at Raleigh Saturday from 9:00am - 12:00pm to shop local vendors, listen to terrific acoustic guitar music by Adam Tierney (he seriously sounds like Clapton!) and experience what life is like in our little community!

We have a HUGE parking lot in the back of the building if space is limited!

We love when Kat Taylor Music NC plays for us at The Willows at Raleigh! She sounds a bit like Dolly Parton and plays all the greatest country songs we know and love! Some of our residents even dressed for the occasion! 👢
