"Heartland Hospice has been a gift for my family. My mom started with hospice in November when her cancer was staged at 4 with multiple metastasis. She didn’t think she needed it at first because she was doing so well, but we are so grateful to have started early. In July of 2024, my grandpa fell sick and ended up in the hospital which then resulted in irreversible medical issues, which then resulted in the decision to transition to hospice to make the end of his life as comfortable as possible.
