A conversation that I often have with women is “When did I lose myself?” It happens and you are unaware it has happened until a major loss happens. I encourage women to go back to the time before they had children and/or a significant other. What did she want for herself? What things did she do that she enjoyed? She is still in there. You have to go find her and restart that process to find happiness and your true self. The smile that always appears is the moment when your joy returns.

I have had several interesting conversations this week. At the end of the day, most people want to be loved and respected by others. I always remind people THAT responsibility starts with you. If you can’t do it, why would you ever think others could and would do it correctly? You are the example for others.
