☀️ Wear hats, sunglasses and sunscreen when spending long periods of time outdoors
☀️ Try to avoid scheduling outdoor activities when the sun is strongest
☀️ Try out a cooling towel when in the heat
☀️ Take breaks outside and reapply sunscreen
☀️ Make sure to stay hydrated all day
