Let’s be honest, a lot of conversations about what teens need, want, think, and/or feel don’t always actually INCLUDE teens.
We’re changing that!

Join our Charleston YAB to help design a mental health
conference that centers the needs, voices and experiences of middle and high schools girls from the Charleston area!
•
Responsibilities of a YAB:
✨Help plan all aspects of the conference
✨Co-facilitate workshops
✨Hold leadership roles throughout the conference
✨Attend weekly virtual meetings
✨Help build community for the Charleston gworls!

We’re looking for businesses, organizations, and community partners who are passionate about supporting the mental health and well-being of teen girls and their families. Nia has served on the YAB since 2023, during our first year as a community based conference! We have watched her blossom into the confident, creative, intelligent, passionate young woman she is today and we couldn’t be prouder!

In the Fall, Nia will be attending UNC Wilmington to study Respiratory Therapy with a minor in Studio Arts!

Congratulations Nia! We’re so proud of you and you’ll be soooo missed!
