Not exactly how we expected Monday night to end.

At 9:22 pm, a vehicle crashed into the side entrance of our building, shattering the glass and sending some of our furniture flying.

Thankfully, while people were inside at the time, no one was in the immediate area of the impact and no one was injured. We’re incredibly grateful this ended with damage to a door and not something much worse.

It was a scary moment for everyone who was there, and we appreciate everyone who has checked in on us. 🖤 A big thank you to the Raleigh Police and Fire Departments for their quick response and help that night.

We’re cleaning up, moving forward and grateful everyone is safe. Activate F&W is open and operating as normal.

What felt like indigestion turned out to be a STEMI heart attack involving the LAD. Mike Lindner underwent a quadruple bypass and spent nine days in the ICU.

It’s an experience that changed his life and eventually gave him a reason to give back.

Since 2023, Mike has volunteered with the American Heart Association to help raise awareness, support life-saving education, and fund the work that gives more people a chance to survive their own heart health emergency.

Mike is also part of the Activate F&W community, and this Saturday those two parts of his life come together.

Join us for our heart health community event benefiting the American Heart Association. ❤️

FREE TO ATTEND: Hands-only CPR demos, blood pressure, education, InBody fitness scans, wellness juice samples.

FUNDRAISING: Raffle tickets will be sold for a chance to win locally sponsored prizes including personal training sessions, fitness memberships, and workout accessories.

-Saturday, October 10th
-Drop in 10AM-12PM
-900 E. Six Forks Rd Raleigh, NC 27604

Not your typical circuit training group class.

Activate Strength follows 4-week training blocks designed to help you progressively build strength, push your movements and feel good while doing it.

We won’t let you get lost in a circuit. Our trainers focus on proper technique and adequate recovery. That means more time lifting with purpose and less time rushing from station to station.

It’s how group strength training should be.

Strength at Activate F&W. 💪
