Cancellation & Booking Policy

Please note that any deposit made is to secure your date and time of appointment. All deposits are non-refundable nor non-transferable. There is a 50% non refundable deposit to secure appointment plus the travel distance charge predicted on address travel time & mileage required balance due at appointment.
Late fees will apply for late or missed appointments. Late arrivals will be charged $10 every 10 mins. You will be Rescheduled at 15 mins late. For same-day cancellations 3 hours before start time and/or for no shows and cancellations after the 3 hours grace period 100% period. ***Absolutely no exceptions…
