I am a Registered Nurse and Duke-trained health coach with over 15 years of experience in nursing and healthcare leadership. I founded Lily Eden Spa & Wellness to help busy professionals who are doing all the “right things” but still feel exhausted, experience pain, or struggle to see lasting results. My approach looks at the whole picture—sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and recovery—to create

sustainable, personalized plans that support long-term health and energy. I currently offer virtual health coaching across North Carolina, with plans to open a future wellness center in Wendell, NC focused on recovery, restoration, and performance. I didn’t learn this from a wellness book. I learned it at bedsides, on the clock, from people with nothing left to perform. Every one of them named ordinary hours. The porch. The drive. The Saturday nobody needed anything.

It’s the reason I’m building Lily Eden — a place where being fully present isn’t something you schedule after everything else gets done. It’s also what I bring to the coaching and the workshops I teach: a simple practice, walked through together.

Start with one slow morning this week. That’s the whole practice.
