Join us for a Tao Blessing Ceremony, a sacred tradition centered on reconnecting with your true nature and cultivating greater peace, compassion, wisdom, and harmony this Sunday from 10:00-1:00 at Souly Holistic.

Tao means the Way, the Path, and the Truth. During the ceremony, participants will “Receive Tao” and be introduced to the Three Treasures, traditional teachings intended to help guide us back toward our inner nature and Source.

The experience includes the Tao Blessing Ceremony followed by a class exploring Tao, the Three Treasures, and their meaning in everyday life.

Looking for a lunchtime reset?

Our monthly Lunchtime Reiki Share is open to anyone interested in experiencing Reiki—a gentle energy practice that encourages deep relaxation and supports balance and well-being.

No Reiki training or previous experience is needed. It's a relaxed, welcoming gathering where you can learn a little about Reiki, experience giving and receiving energy work, and enjoy some time away from the busyness of the day.

Tuesday, October 6, 12–1:30pm, at Souly Holistic, 5540 McNeely Drive, Suite 101, Raleigh.
