The historic and famously haunted McInteer Villa has officially been sold to US Ghost Adventures. The sale, announced on June 2, 2026, transitions ownership of the 136-year-old landmark from former owner Stephanie O'Reilly to the ghost-tour company for a major restoration project.What is the plan for the property?
