Congratulations to our client Monique Vargas | Rancho Cucamonga Foreclosure Specialist on completing her mission at the 2XU Long Beach Marathon 26.2 MILES 🏃🏽‍♀️

As a person who is passionate about all things fitness, our goal was to get her to have an enjoyable and successful experience. Without nagging injuries, annoying aches and undiscovered reasons for pains.

You did it. Here are to MANY more runs. Love you girl.

PS to those of you who are new here, I will tell you I love you as my client. It’s the highest form of healing. Above my door before you leave it says “PS I love you.” May everyone who walks through my doors always know they are loved deeply.

A month or so ago I ran a 5k and decided that it was too short. I wanted a lil longer of a run to enjoy it. I’m not competitive. I don’t technically overly obsess about beating times and so forth. I literally enjoy things. I had been practicing my pace for weeks, a lil less than a gallon of water with electrolytes on most days, daily breath work & moving my body on my stretch mat. I also prepared by having a meal plan specifically for running long distances. I know, 6.21 miles isn’t much to some, to others it’s a lot but to me it’s the start of getting ready for the ASICS Los Angeles Marathon in March of 2028. Process is important. Having your why is important. I’ve found mine. 🎀

Last but not least as I was mentally preparing to start walking then suddenly I was complimented on my lashes and my eyebrows on mile 6 - LITERALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF MY PACE the girl does a double look & then there came the compliment lol after that you know I kept my pace & didn’t walk. Haha 🤣

Be kind.

Who remembers running the city as a kid? All I knew is, I better run home and hurry cause I was not even close. Lol 😂 either as a child or an adult, you gotta catch me outside.

I’ve been practicing diaphragmatic breath work before my runs and it’s 100% helping me during my run.
I feel it prior to take off 🛫 Today was only meant to be a 5k but by the time I would have been done, my lil feetsies were ready to keep running & my lungs were not done.

An anterior pelvic tilt, by itself, isn’t necessarily a medical diagnosis or something that will show up as “abnormal” on a medical test.
You can go to the doctor.
Your imaging can look normal.
Your bloodwork can be normal.
You can be medically cleared…
…and yet, you may still feel that something isn’t quite right.

Tilts don’t just mess up the shape of your body, but systematically you’re dealing with A LOT. That’s where your story comes in during our consultation. We go over each age group, injury, accident, minor or major pains and annoyances, diet, weight etc., as you tell your pieces, I build the plan.

Every BODY is different. No one is the same. You might feel similar yet the body, the frame and stories are all unique.

I’m not a witch doctor. I don’t practice woo woo. I’m not magic. I’m not your physician. What I am is a medical provider, LMT. A person who passionately listens and systematically approaches a plan of action for the body to want to make changes so it doesn’t go back.

Are you waiting another year to feel better? Schedule now, it’s open until the end of 2026. Commit to your appointment. See instant results and even better, feel them.

How long have you been waiting to book your appointments?

I’m really proud of myself. Cardio has been an enemy to me since being diagnosed with asthma at 28. I refused to accept it and began working to let go of the things that could be contributing to it.

Four months ago I began doing hill sprints, just because I knew I hated them and I knew I would suck. I did. I stayed consistent and kept running the hills.

Added boxing and then my coach adds explosive movements.

Proud to say, I completed it with ALL OF MY BREATH controlled. I had a great pace and made it to the turn around flag without stopping.

I’m thankful for my running lover for life who stuck with me. Thank you for enjoying this life God has blessed us with.

Triathlons & marathons are certainly in the future.

Here is to health CaliFlow Runs and a future filled with many miles.

Wow! What a magnificent change in 1 hour. Check out this first time clients results.

This client came in admitting she was disconnected from herself and for years she never cared to listen. Our bodies DO TELL STORIES. Your mind may think you are winning by ignoring yourself; however, our bodies tell us everything.

I’m SO HOPEFUL for her to get reconnected, no longer being disassociated. I’m looking forward to providing her with high level’s of education on her body and walking out her next 9 sessions with her.

Age doesn’t have to mean we’re suffering. Be proactive with your health. Book your P.A.T. Session today!

Fractured my foot seven weeks ago. It was awkward, painful and a load of learning moments for me.
I did not complain.
I showed up for work.
I rested my foot the best I could.
Wrapped my foot every night.
Stopped lifting.

Then one day my foot gave me a sign that was ready. I tried to care for it as though it was fractured and it became annoyed. The moment I took off my wrap, pure joy. I knew, I was ready. And I understood correctly.

Being an athlete can cause your pride to get in the way of your recovery. Never underestimate your own ability to “work past” an injury. Your body is so smart. It will make you sit down if you don’t care for it.

I live to share the freedom of health. God healed me. He healed my mom. And so many other people who walk through the door.

Dear Athlete - recover wisely.
