One of the biggest issues we see when teaching CPR is people being afraid to push hard enough.

A lot of students worry they’re going to break a rib or hurt someone… but during cardiac arrest, effective compressions are what give someone a chance to survive. If compressions are too shallow, blood isn’t circulating the way it needs to.

Good CPR means pushing hard, pushing fast, and not being afraid to commit when seconds matter.
That’s why hands-on practice is such a huge part of our classes. Confidence can make all the difference in a real emergency. 🚑❤️
