Tuesdays are definitely one of my favorite days of the week 🤍

A FREE, compassionate, judgment free space for moms to come exactly as they are. No matter your baby’s age or feeding journey, you deserve support through postpartum.

Today’s group was full of beautiful moms and babies, from preemies to 8 months old. We worked through latching, weighted feeds, pumping, combo feeding, bottles, distracted feeding phases, and so much more.

Every week becomes what YOU need it to be, and I’m so honored to walk alongside you all through these feeding journeys 🫶

Last weekend’s Bumps & Bagels event was such a beautiful reminder of how powerful preparation can be. Connecting with expectant moms, hearing from experts that support moms and babies in our community and being able to share and talk through simple ways to get ready for feeding before baby arrives can help families feel much more prepared and confident!

Breastfeeding doesn’t start at birth, it starts with education, support, and a plan that fits you.
