How about a little day trip to honor a 700+ year-old ancient tree? Join me in Wenden, AZ on Nov. 7th at our favorite desert spirit shop Mas Paz Mas Paz! I am happy to be part of the Prayer Flag & Sound Ceremony in honor of their ancient mesquite.

Mas Paz Desert Spirit Shop is a treasure in itself and operates out of a historic, 125-year-old mercantile building. On their property stands a mesquite tree estimated to be between 700 and 800 years old, with the title of “Great Tree of Arizona,” recognized by the State of Arizona and the Arizona Tree Council.

We are looking forward to a fun and uplifting day as we celebrate and connect with this ancient tree, guided through sound. Lose yourself in the warm and welcoming magic of this shop and garden, and experience peaceful retreat in the Airstream of Consciousness on site✨

The event is from 12 PM to 2 PM (Mas Paz is open 10 – 4!), and there is plenty of exploring to do in the area including an old motel turned artist co-op, and nearby Alamo Lake State Park.
