At Tuesday Tastings, residents get to socialize and enjoy a signature cocktail made by Mikhael Smith, our Dining Room Manager. This past Tuesday the weather was so beautiful we decided to enjoy a Harvey Wallbanger in the Patio and as you can see it was a big hit!

Today, Regional Director of Fitness, Cesar Barragan visited our community and gave an amazing class titled “Move to Improve-How Movement Builds a Better Brain”. Residents discovered how movement challenges the brain in way that supports memory, focus, coordination and overall cognitive health. Residents took a trip to the Petersen Automotive Museum. One of our very own residents Bill H. had his wooden car collection on display at the museum for over 5 years. After a guided tour of the Archive room, where one of Bills cars is still stored and a Vault tour, residents enjoyed free time to explore and have lunch. It was a perfect day to spend a hot summer afternoon.
