Many of us extend patience, understanding, and compassion to the people we care about, but struggle to offer those same things to ourselves.
๐ฟ The pressure to be perfect, constantly productive, or always have it together can leave us feeling exhausted and discouraged. Over time, that inner critic can become so familiar that we stop noticing how harsh it really is.
๐ฟ Self-compassion doesn't mean making excuses or giving up on growth. It means recognizing that you're human, allowing yourself grace when things are difficult, and treating yourself with the same kindness you'd offer someone you love.
