✨ HEALING BEYOND SYMPTOM RELIEF
At Dynamic Foot & Ankle, we believe foot & ankle care should go beyond simply managing pain. That’s why we offer DPMx Amniotic Tissue Allograft as an option for select patients who may benefit from an advanced approach to healing. 🦶
🧬 What is it?
DPMx is a human tissue allograft derived from donated umbilical tissue that may be used as part of a treatment plan for certain foot & ankle conditions.
💡 Why do we offer it?
✔️ To provide additional treatment options for select chronic or difficult-to-treat conditions
✔️ To support a comprehensive approach to tissue healing
✔️ To offer an alternative to consider when conservative treatments have not provided adequate relief
✔️ To personalize care based on each patient’s condition and goals
📍 We may consider this option for select cases of plantar fasciitis, tendon injuries, and chronic joint pain following an individualized evaluation.
Our goal is to help patients move more comfortably and get back to the activities they love—with treatment plans tailored to their needs.
📲 Have questions about regenerative treatment options? Contact us to learn more!

🦶 Medial ankle pain? Your posterior tibial tendon may need some extra support!
In this reel, Dr. Gonzales demonstrates how K-tape can help support the posterior tibial tendon and provide additional support during movement.
The posterior tibial tendon helps support your arch and stabilize your foot as you walk. When irritated or overloaded, it can cause pain along the inside of the ankle and arch.
✨ K-taping can be a helpful part of a comprehensive treatment plan to support the foot and ankle while addressing the underlying problem.
📍 Experiencing pain along the inside of your ankle or arch? A podiatric evaluation can help determine the cause and the best treatment options for you.

👣 Did you know menopause can affect your feet?

We often talk about hot flashes, sleep changes, and mood swings during perimenopause and menopause — but what about your feet?

Hormonal changes may influence connective tissues and pain sensitivity, while age-related changes in foot structure and cushioning can contribute to discomfort.

You might notice:
✨ New or worsening heel pain
✨ Changes in your arches or shoe size
✨ More discomfort when walking barefoot
✨ Stiffness or joint pain

The important thing to remember? Foot pain isn’t something you have to ignore.

As podiatrists, we want women to understand that their foot health deserves attention at every stage of life. The right shoes, appropriate support, strengthening exercises, and individualized treatment can make a difference.

💗 Save this post and share it with a woman who needs to hear this!

💜 5-Minute, 5-Ingredient Lavender Foot & Body Soak

A simple way to turn leftover lavender into a relaxing little self-care ritual! 🌿🛁

🌿 You’ll Need:

• 1½ cups Epsom salt
• 1 Tbsp finely ground oatmeal
• 2 Tbsp baking soda
• ½ cup dried lavender (or leftover lavender from an oil infusion)
• 10 drops lavender essential oil

🥣 Mix It Up:

Add all ingredients to a bowl.

Mix well, making sure the lavender essential oil is evenly distributed.

Store in an airtight container with a lid.

🛁 To Use:

For a foot soak, add a few tablespoons to warm water and soak your feet for 10–20 minutes.

For a full-body bath, add ½–1 cup to warm bathwater.

Gift idea: Scoop the mixture into small muslin bags, tie with a pretty ribbon, and add the whole bag directly to warm bathwater. 🌸

✨ Perfect for:
Self-care • Relaxation • Foot soaks • Homemade gifts • Using up leftover herbs

A little lavender, a little quiet time, and a lot of relaxation. 💜

For external use only. Avoid if you have a known sensitivity to any ingredient. Lavender essential oil should be properly diluted and kept away from eyes.

✨ DIY Magnesium Spray — Skip the $30 Bottle! ✨
Why spend $30 on magnesium spray when you can make your own for pennies? This recipe couldn’t be easier! 🙌

Magnesium spray is sometimes used for tight muscles and post-workout soreness. Research on topical magnesium is limited, but some people report that it feels soothing and helpful.

🧴 DIY Magnesium Spray
You’ll need:
1 cup distilled water
1 cup magnesium chloride flakes
1 Tbsp jojoba oil (or another lightweight oil)
A few drops of essential oil, optional 🌿
How to make it:
Boil 1 cup of distilled water.
Pour the hot water over the magnesium chloride flakes.
Stir until completely dissolved.
Let the mixture cool, then add the jojoba oil and essential oil.
Pour into a spray bottle and you’re ready to go!
💡 Tip: Shake well before each use since the oil and water will separate.
