✝️ "Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted." [Matthew 5:4 KJV]

I won't lie. These past couple weeks have felt HEAVY & I know I'm not alone in this.

Yet, I continue to show up. In many ways it's healing for me [much like when I worked through being the bad kind of sick 3 years ago]. To get to love on your animals, and to keep my mind and hands busy is my life's work- and other than my family, my biggest blessing. 🙏🏻

I'm grateful for a solid, consistent practice where my clients are loved like the friends & family they have become.

Still, the grief comes in waves. It pangs and then it wanes. Amidst death, there is also new life and for that I am so abundantly grateful.

As always, endless appreciation for your trust in me as your friend & chiropractor as we navigate collective, complex challenges together. I'm so blessed to do this work of helping you, your families and your animals grow, heal & thrive. 🌱❤️‍🩹💪

More tech, more products, more supplements, more therapies, more modalities, more More MORE! 👀

And while I know that it truly does take a village to care for our performance animals and companions, I know I can't be the only one who finds this incredibly exhausting and overstimulating in this season of life??? 🙄😵‍💫😮‍💨

Many clients even come to me looking for more. More time with their animals, more energy, more stamina, more softness, more bend, more willingness...

I get it, and of course most times I am able to assist in achieving these sometimes hard to quantify but still undeniable results. However, my heart, reflection and what people REALLY are discovering is that sometimes, less truly IS the goal. ✨️

Less pain, less tension, less meds, less injections, less therapies, less appointments, less tech, less keeping up with the trends of the moment, less time waiting for results, less time on the clock in your performance events, less uncertainty, running around or throwing the book (and your $$$) at the problem because you'll do anything for your animals.

This is what chiropractic is, in essence. Done with intention & skilled hands. Tried & true. 130 years putting the proof in the pudding.

Chiropractic is simple. Structure affects function. Movement = vitality. We all need a little simplicity (and systemic regulation) in these strange times where we have unlimited access to "solutions" but no time to enjoy the moments.

I've been trying to do a little less for myself, too. 🤎
