I’ve been thinking a lot about this lately.

When I was pregnant with my kids, I had easy pregnancies. I felt good, stayed active and strength trained, had zero pain or discomfort despite being 7 days past due, and never had sleep issues. So I never really thought about supporting my body beyond what I was doing.

But looking back, I wish I had.

Not because anything was wrong or because I needed to “fix” something. I wish I had known that craniosacral and fascial tberapy could support me even when I felt good.

Mom and baby are so closely connected throughout pregnancy. Our nervous systems are connected, and baby is growing within the environment of mom’s body. I think there is something really beautiful about intentionally caring for that environment. Not because we need a perfect pregnancy, but simply because we can offer ourselves and our babies more support.

I wish I had given myself more opportunities to slow down, release tension, and create more ease and space as my body made room for my babies. And I wish I had thought about preparing my body for birth in that way, too. Not because tension means something is wrong or that it will make birth go a certain way, but because there’s value in helping your body feel supported going into such a big experience.

I also believe God designed our bodies with incredible wisdom. Supporting your body isn’t about fixing something God created incorrectly. It’s about caring for yourself and being intentional about how you move through this beautiful season.
You don’t have to wait until something hurts to receive support.

If you’re pregnant and have been wondering if gentle craniosacral and fascial therapy might be beneficial for you, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to talk with you about it.

✨ 2 craniosacral and fascial therapy sessions available ✨

I have two openings available this week and wanted to extend an invitation to anyone who may be looking for gentle, supportive care for themselves or their little one.

Fascial Therapy can be supportive through many different seasons and stages of life:

Adults
• Migraines & headaches
• TMJ & jaw tension
• Overwhelm & nervous system stress
• Pain, tension & discomfort

Kids
• Myofunctional therapy support
• Palate expansion support
• ADHD
• Headaches

Babies
• Fussiness
• Breastfeeding struggles
• Body tension
• Sleep struggles

Pregnancy
• Pain & discomfort
• Heartburn
• Supporting optimal positioning of baby

Sometimes the body just needs a little more space, support, and connection.

While not inconclusive, if something on this list resonates with you, your child, or your baby, I’d love to invite you in for a session.

I currently have 2 sessions available. Send me a message if you’d like to reserve one or have questions about whether fascial therapy may be a good fit.

Welcome! I’m Nicole.

One of the questions I hear most often is, “What exactly do you do?” Since my work is a little different from what many people are familiar with, I’d love to introduce myself and share how I support babies, children, mothers, and women through gentle, faith-centered, fascia-focused care.

I am a Craniosacral Fascial Therapist and Dynamic Body Balancing Facilitator with a passion for helping the body find balance, improve nervous system regulation, and function as it was designed to.

My work is rooted in faith and the belief that God created our bodies with incredible wisdom and the ability to adapt, heal, and restore. Through gentle techniques that support the fascia and nervous system, I help clients unwind and release fascial tension patterns, improve regulation, and encourage greater balance throughout the body.

I take a whole-body approach, recognizing that the body is deeply interconnected-what shows up in one area is often influenced by patterns throughout the system. Because of this, I don’t focus on symptoms in isolation, but instead support the body as a whole.

Palate expansion isn’t just about creating space in the mouth — it creates change throughout the entire body.

As the palate widens, the fascia adapts, tension patterns shift, and the nervous system works to integrate those changes.

Some kids move through expansion easily, while others may experience increased tension, headaches, emotional sensitivity, sleep changes, or regulation challenges along the way.

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) can help support the body during this process by encouraging nervous system regulation, easing fascial restrictions, and helping the body adapt more comfortably to change.

When we support the whole child — not just the palate — we create space for deeper healing and integration. 💛

After seeing those 2 pink lines you instantly start thinking about:
🩷 surviving first trimester sickness
💙 picking out names
🩷 putting together a baby registry
💙planning the gender reveal
🩷designing the nursery
💙writing out your birth plan
🩷choosing a midwife or OBGYN

But here’s what’s missing from most pregnancy plans: craniosacral + fascial therapy

Pregnancy is beautiful.
Full of changes.

During pregnancy, fascial therapy can help:
🤰release tension patterns that can contribute to back, hip, and pelvic pain
🤰support your nervous system (fun fact: your baby’s nervous system co-regulates with yours during and after pregnancy)
🤰create space for baby to be in the optimal position

Craniosacral + fascial therapy is a gentle, hands-on form of bodywork that helps the body release stored tension in the fascial and craniosacral systems to restore balance and regulate your nervous system.

Let’s get started!

🤰P.S. Congratulations mama!
