Im a lic. Massage therapist and owner of Zenrenity Spa! I have been traveling and learning from the best to bring this amazing aquatic bodywork to our community called WATSU (Aquatic Bodywork💦 Aqua Stretch, and Craniosacral therapy in the water.
This therapy is done in a pool or hot tub. The water is heated to 95°F (35°C), which is close to the same temperature as your skin. During a session, a therapist gently moves your body in water. This is known as passive hydrotherapy, because you don’t need to actively perform the movements. Your therapist is in the water with you. With gentle rocking, stretching, and moving the body in a way the body cant move on land. You will feel deeply relaxed and feeling less pain and more heavenly.
My testimony... at the age of 13 i was diagnosed with Scoliosis and had extensive surgery. my vertebrae fused from T3- L4 and grew 3 1/2 inches. I have lived with chronic pain for almost 33yrs.. In 2015 i was introduced to Craniosacral Therapy a life changer in helping me live a more pain free life with no meds. In 2023, I had a cervical fusion that set my life on hold for a brief time. Loosing the ability of my legs, loss of pelvic floor function, deflation of lung, difficulty with swallowing, breathing, and have extreme TMJ wearing a splint to help with many things, my vagus nerve was also damaged. With powerful prayers The Lord saved me and During this difficult time with therapy and All God divine healing prayers, I found my way back to come and share my testimony with you all. Since 2022 I be been training hard to become a watsu provider/practioner and instructor to help others the way it helped me during this difficult period of time in my life. 💦
After receiving one session, I was with out pain, migraines and pain free for 2 consecutive months.. All these years my body felt stuck, frozen, brain fog for years, migraines, depression, anxiety with no meds. Meds don't agree with my body. This is my medicine.... NOW My body has never felt better.
