Happy belated Summer Solstice friends!

The season is in full swing, which for many of us means extra busy schedules & constantly being on the move.

I considered cutting back my weekly offerings, and while that is the case with my Sunday Reiki & Sound Sessions (generally twice a month now), I realized it’s actually extra important to be holding space for weekly mediation.

‘A Weekly Return’ is an invitation to find stillness even in this busy season, call back your energy, and to return to your self.

Join me for a 45 minute Sound Meditation using Koshi Chimes & Crystal Bowls, as we look inward with the intention of finding our center.

It’s a Blue Moon tomorrow y’all!

The next one will happen in 2028. What is a belief or habit holding you back from showing up in this-thing-called-life the way you want to, that you are ready to let go of? That’s what our focus for the session will be.

I’m not promising the issue will be resolved in our 45 minutes together, but it is a way to set the intention & begin the process. When the next Blue Moon comes around, you’ll be able to look back & thank yourself.
