When I dreamt about Rooted, I wasn’t thinking about hosting an event.
I was thinking about the women I meet every day.
The ones carrying so much responsibility.
The ones who spend their lives taking care of everyone else.
The ones who know they’re running on empty but aren’t sure how to slow down—or where to even begin.
I wanted to create a space where they could simply exhale.
A place where they would feel seen, encouraged, and reminded that caring for themselves isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.
This August, women from all across the Black Hills will gather for something much bigger than a wellness workshop.
We’ll learn practical ways to calm the nervous system, reconnect with ourselves, build healthier habits, and leave with tools we can actually use when life gets busy again.
There will be laughter.
Honest conversations.
Quiet moments.
New friendships.
And I truly believe every woman who walks through those doors will leave feeling a little lighter than when she arrived.
Rooted has become incredibly special to me because it represents something I wish more women experienced: a community that reminds you that you’re worthy of being cared for, too.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply longing for a day to refill your own cup, I’d love to have you there.
We officially opened registration to our waitlist today, and seeing women already saying “yes” to themselves has been so exciting.
General Admission opens this Thursday, and I honestly cannot wait to share Rooted with the rest of our community.
I can’t wait to welcome you this August. 🤍
