After suffering a severe infection, heart complications, and an amputation, Edwin came to the Rehabilitation and Critical Care Hospital of the Black Hills to begin his recovery.

He first received support through the hospital’s critical care (LTAC) program before progressing to an intensive rehabilitation program, where he rebuilt strength, mobility, and independence. After 42 days in the hospital, Edwin was able to return home! 💙

After a severe foot infection, heart complications, and an amputation, Edwin came to the Rehabilitation and Critical Care Hospital of the Black Hills for critical care and rehabilitation. After 42 days in the hospital, he was able to return home!
