Happy birthday, Darold! This young man joins us almost every Thursday for chair yoga. It’s free for members or just $10 drop in that goes to the center.

Happy 80th birthday to our #1 favorite volunteer Darold. Longtime member and friendly face. He shows up EVERY day to open the building and have coffee ready at MSC. If you see him today be sure to wish him the happiest of birthdays! 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎊 🎈

Last week we welcomed Chantelle from Integrity Education into our studio for a day full of reiki with a half dozen of us completing level 1 (there’s three levels) 💗

I’m certain this world could use even more of these people. If this is of interest to you, know she’s doing another training this Saturday. We’ll post the link in stories. Please reach out if you’re interested. Sunday is another day of reiki but this time with drums.

Chantelle is a reiki master who’s been practicing since 2006, earning her master level in 2009. She offers drumming sessions at our studio, occasionally. We love welcoming her in. .ed

It’s World Water Day today and we invite you to take a moment to pause in silence, with gratitude and intention. Whether you make your way to a body of water, get outside (some of us are lucky to be getting snow today ❄️💧🙏), or in your home with a bowl of water, we hope you’ll take a moment to participate with us. At the heart of our efforts is to gain a better understanding of our relationship with water and to set intentions to be better stewards. Life cannot sustain without it.
