🍂 A Little Autumn Magic Is Taking Over Bare Root Apothecary! 🍁

The outdoor lights are going up, pumpkins are finding their places, straw bales are being hauled around, and little touches of autumn are starting to bring everything together.

We’re gearing up for our Rooted in Autumn event this Saturday, and I’m feeling just about every emotion possible right now. 😂

Excited, exhausted, a little nervous, and incredibly blessed.

There’s so much work that goes into bringing something like this together, especially between running the apothecary and everyday life. But watching it all come to life and knowing we get to share it with our community makes every long day and late night worth it.

I can’t wait to welcome everyone, introduce you to the wonderful practitioners who are now part of our wellness center, and spend a beautiful autumn day together.

🐝 A Little Morning Magic at Bare Root Apothecary 🌿💜

Sometimes the smallest moments are the ones that remind me exactly why I do what I do.

This morning, I caught this busy little honeybee working her way through the lavender growing outside the apothecary. Just a tiny creature going about her day, completely unaware of how much beauty she brings to mine.

There’s something pretty incredible about watching nature do what it was designed to do. No rush, no expectations, no unnecessary complications. Just a bee, a flower, and a beautiful little relationship that’s existed for millions of years.

It’s these simple moments that remind me why I believe so deeply in returning to the roots. Slowing down, paying attention, and remembering that we are part of this incredible natural world, not separate from it.

The magic isn’t always hidden deep in the forest. Sometimes it’s buzzing around the lavender right outside your front door. 💜

Happy Friday from our little corner of the wild.
