Just a reminder that if you are scheduled with me it's your responsibility to reschedule/cancel the appointment if you cannot make it. If you don't you will owe for the entire cost of the appointment you missed. If this offends you imagine having your pay compromised.
Also, if you cancel the morning of your appointment you will owe a late cancellation fee that is half the cost of your appointment because this doesn't give me time to rebook it. A 24 hour notice is appreciated.
I am considerate of emergency situations but otherwise these are my policies and I ask for you to respect them. I am thankful for all of you but we have to work well together, have good communication, and respect one another or I honestly don't need you as a client. Thank you for your understanding.

Periodically I like to update you all on some of my Qualifications and Certifications as I add to them every two years. (Not neatly or AI) 🤷
In 2012 my instructor said you can make straight A's and still not become a successful LMT and this is very true. The real accomplishment is being able to "read" the body with your hands and have the compassion to help, no matter what type of "book" they may be. 📖

I've been so busy I didn't even mention that as of June I've been in the City of Ravenswood WV 4 years. Some of you have been with me since 2012 and continue to travel to wherever I am. I'm thankful for all of you dedicated massage lovers.
Speaking of busy, I'm booking into mid September. My regulars are booking into the end of the year to save their spot. I'm not going to turn anyone away but you have to be willing to wait for an appointment.
My prices will remain the same and fair for Jackson County. Taking care of yourself shouldn't be unaffordable and I know how many of you rely on it for pain management. I plan to help as many people as I can for as long as I can. Thank you for all your support. 😊

Also a reminder to those who don't understand how my schedule works.
I'm booked all day, most days. I don't take breaks or lunch so it's seldom I have time to answer phone calls.
I will return voicemail and messages every evening after work, you do not need to keep calling.
I appreciate those of you who give me at least 24hrs to rebook after a cancellation. Late cancellations are as bad as no shows because I have no time to book it. No-show fees are still the same because of this also.
Thank you as always to my regular clients for being patient with my "rules" and consistent with your massages. 😊
