Apologies for the short notice, but we will be closed Today—Friday, July 17th, 2026. Our staff has been hit by the stomach bug, and Mrs.Terri has a routine medical Visit tomorrow. We will take this long weekend to spend some much needed time with the family, rest and recover! Don’t forget to schedule your head start physicals, and get your student up to dates on immunizations before back to school! You can request an appointment at Rayvillefamily.com

Unfortunately Mrs.Terri Sylvestri has come down with the same stomach bug that she has helped 100s of her patients deal with over the past few months. Fortunately she has been treated accordingly and recommended rest! For this reason, we will be closed tomorrow. Thank

In 2025, We met Lyndsey and the Life Choices Staff. They Brought 'CHIEF' which is the mobile unit, and the City and parish loved it!
