Melissa McCall – Admissions – Front Window Operator

Direct Supervisor is Margie Powell

Melissa is always friendly and approachable, and has a good attitude. She does a great job directing our visitors and incoming calls to RMC. Anytime Melissa is approached by our staff or the public, she displays kindness and the will to help. We are fortunate to have such a welcoming person be the “first face” our visitors see.



Anna Meyers – ER Tech

Direct Supervisor is Sandra Blackmon

Anna has an impressive work ethic and always meets coworkers and patients with a smile. She has graciously tackled the task of training newly-hired ER Techs. She was nominated by more than one employee this month and both expressed how approachable Anna is and how impressive it is that she maintains a good attitude and a smile and always hustles. Because she works in the ER, Anna helps care for some of our most difficult and infirmed patients, which makes it more challenging to stay positive and motivated. RMC is lucky to have employees like Anna and we are appreciative at the example she sets for those around her.



Travishia Butler - NELHC

Direct Supervisor is Jill Fallin

Travishia was nominated by more than one employee. She tends to many important daily tasks at NELHC. She is a Medical Assistant and she has also cross-trained to run waived testing at the clinic’s laboratory when needed. She works tirelessly on referrals, coming in behind Alfrieda Wilkins. She is always sweet and respectful and willing to help anyone.

Your dedication doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for going above and beyond to support your teammates and those we serve. Congratulations, and thank all three of you for all you do!
