Hey everyone!

We’re about mid-way through our first year open (which is beyond exciting!) and as I’m reviewing booking efficiency and overall scheduling, I’ve decided next year I will moving over to a physical book. Gloss Genius will close for booking January 1st of next year or potentially earlier, should I have everyone accustomed to calling/texting for appointments. If you are one of my many regulars, we already do this. So not much changes for you. ❤️

What this looks like for you : No deposits will be required for booking. But my 24 hour policy remains. If you no call- no show, I will not rebook you until you’ve paid 30% of the previous service cost or talked to me. This is an honor based system. I believe everyone is a good person and knows I don’t make money without someone in my room. I also understand life isn’t predictable at all times. So, please just shoot me a text.

I will respond to any text or call 7am-7:30pm. Monday through Friday. You can also message on here, though me actually receiving notifications on here is a bit delayed. If you call or text outside of my business hours, I’ll get to you the next day.

Gift cards : You can still purchase gift cards with me. Instead, this will be a physical card with the total written in. The receiver will need to bring it in with them. All gift cards purchased through 2026 will need to be redeemed prior to Christmas week this year. I will text and send reminders for any unused ones through November and December.

I hope this is a pretty easy transition. I love you guys and I’m beyond thankful I’ll be able to do this! It means I know most people I’m seeing. That’s really such an accomplishment in such a short period of time. ❤️

Brow tinting is now available under my “extras” section of my booking site! Available color options are light brown (perfect for blondes and redheads), brown (perfect for most brunettes) and dark brown/black (perfect for those with midnight black hair and vivid colors with a dark root).

Price is a flat $30. If you already have upcoming services with me, I’m happy to add it provided I have time. ❤️

For everyone waiting on lash tint and lifts, it’s still a waiting game on suppliers. I promise to text everyone I know who wants to book as soon as I have product in hand. Thank you for being so patient.
