Fred Lindenmuth, Jr. Obituary
Fred A. Lindenmuth, Jr., 95 of Ashland, passed away on October 27, 2026, at Edenbrook of Green Hill, Pottsville, PA. Born in Ashland, he was the son of the late Fred A. Lindenmuth, Sr., and the late Mary (Levan) Lindenmuth. Fred was a graduate of Ashland High School. He was a US Airforce Veteran of the Korean War. Fred was a Machine Operator for Lindenmuth Sawmill of Taylorsville, PA and enjoyed woodworking. Fred was often seen walking the town of Ashland and was known by many. He is survived by one son, Scott A. husband of Mary Jane Lindenmuth, Ashland, PA; one daughter, Joann Lindenmuth, Selinsgrove, PA.; two grandsons, Brett husband of Tammara Lindenmuth and John Lindenmuth with his Fiancé Alexis; 3 Great Grandchildren, Madelyn, Oliver and Meadow Lindenmuth. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Mark J Hummel Funeral Home, 48 N Broad Mountain Ave., Frackville. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Brock Cemetery, Ashland. Online photos and memories can be shared on the funeral home website
