When there’s a new moon in the sky and you’re booked for a 135 minute facial & Warm Stone Reiki Bodywork treatment, we have to pull goddess cards before starting.

You've been holding it together for so long, doing all the things for everyone and it's catching up.

You know you need to prioritize yourself but even that feels stressful. Sometimes the feeling of slowing down can feel overwhelming and impossible.

That’s why I integrate evidence based Mind Body Medicine tools to support regulating your nervous system.

The most critical factor for relaxation is safety. Breath by breath, you’ll find comfort, mental space and uplift your spirit.

When you’re booking a holistic facial, bodywork or yoga class, it’s your path back home to your heart ❤️💫🙌🏼

End your day by melting your stress away in tonight’s Yin yoga practice from the comfort of your home via ZOOM.

👉No fancy outfit needed unless you love dressing up. Most people will be in their PJs.

🙌🏼 You might want to do your skin care before class starts so you can easily slip into bed after.

❤️ It’s getting chilly here on the East Coast so you may want to have a heated blanket or a heating pad in your favorite blanket for an extra cozy experience.

❌ You do not have to turn on or keep on your camera

🎴 sign on a few minutes early if you’d like to receive a meditation card

This week, we're exploring Asteya, the practice of non-stealing.

Asteya isn't only about not taking what belongs to someone else. It also invites us to notice where we may be taking from ourselves or allowing others to take our time, energy, attention, and peace.

On the mat, we honor our body's limits.
Off the mat, we practice healthy boundaries.

Our energy is valuable.

What might Asteya look like for us this week?
