Some of my younger clients are opting for 30 minute sessions so they can target specific areas and feel invigorated to start their day!
This client’s area of interest is strength training; however, yours might be flexibility and balance. Each client’s workout is tailored to their needs. We offer both 30 and 60 minute sessions.

Happy new year!

I’d like to reintroduce myself. I’m Geri Weatherholtz, Pilates instructor/small business owner, mother, grandmother, health and fitness enthusiast, hiker, and member of this community my entire life.

Health and fitness have been my passion for nearly twenty five years, and I’ve witnessed the profound changes in myself, my clients, and friends and loved ones, as we age. I cannot stress the important role staying active plays in leading a mentally and physically healthy, happy life. I am honored to have worked with so many wonderful people throughout the years, and I continue my commitment to helping others maintain a healthy, strong, and active lifestyle.

Centre for Pilates specializes in private Pilates apparatus sessions in a calm, relaxed environment, where we can work together to create a healthy practice in which you’re relaxed and comfortable.

Hello all! I’ve been getting some questions regarding small group classes. I’ve come up with a quick 45-minute “Pilates, strength and stretch” class! Class will run Wednesdays at 6-6:45pm for six weeks. Minimum of four people needed to run class. Session begins Wednesday, March 22nd.
