Words won’t ever do this justice…

Watching this man’s hard work and dedication come to fruition, and being there to experience it LIVE, with him…and his wife and family…truly no words can ever explain that feeling. Like genuinely, I am at a loss.

Almost three years working together. Some people can’t even commit to a few sessions, let alone years (plural). We’ve done A LOT in our time together but I’m most proud of the never quit attitude, even when the pain was so bad it was hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel, he kept showing up and trusting the process.

I am so proud, and grateful for this young man. I know you and a lot of the people at the wedding say I changed your life, but you changed mine. Thank you, brother ❤️💪

Nobody wants to be known as the person with the “bad back”….

Today a patient told me this. That was their worst fear, letting this go (again) and waiting till it was too far gone.

I know the reports are scary.

Every week I receive a report from a terrified patient, and I totally understand. I was there too. I had no idea what the big scary words meant. It all just sounded bad.

Good news, is that in MOST cases, you don’t need to opt for surgery right away. A lot of these studies show that exercise based therapy, otherwise known as “conservative care” should be your first option. Awesome news for us ☺️💪

I famously and often say in the clinic, just like the discs in your spine can heal, this can too.

With the right assessment process, the customized rehab program, and proper ex*****on, you can heal your knee pain without always opting for surgery.

Good reminder to be grateful for how far we’ve taken this thing. From a blindly confident new grad to a well established clinic in my dream town with a staff and fully equipped gym is truly a dream.

“You either live with the pain or you do surgery”

A medical doctor told my patient that.

I think most people would underestimate the magnitude of that statement.

Not only are they instilling fear, they’re setting that person up for failure. They are trusting a professional to give them true and honest advice.

But a statement like that can rip the hope away from a person, and majorly impact the rest of their life.
