I want to sincerely thank everyone who has trusted me with their mental health journey and taken the time to leave a review.

As a solo practitioner, every piece of feedback means so much to me. Your kind words not only encourage me but also help others feel more comfortable reaching out for support when they need it.

If we’ve worked together and you’d like to share your experience, I would be grateful if you left a Google review. Your feedback helps my practice grow and helps others find the care they deserve.

Thank you for your trust, support, and the opportunity for me to be part of your journey. ✨

Mom guilt is one of the most common—yet rarely discussed—parts of motherhood, and it shows up in sessions all the time.

Here are a few things I want you to know:
• Mom guilt doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong. It often means you care deeply and want the best for your child.
• It can be fueled by unrealistic expectations, comparison, and the pressure to “do it all.”
• It tends to show up during transitions—postpartum, returning to work, adding another child, or even taking time for yourself.
• Left unchecked, it can impact your mood, confidence, and overall mental health.

So how can you cope with it?
• Notice the thought. Ask yourself: “Is this guilt based on fact or pressure?”
• Practice self-compassion—talk to yourself the way you would a close friend.
• Set realistic expectations (perfect doesn’t exist).
• Limit comparison—especially on social media.
• Make space for your own needs without apology.

As a perinatal mental health therapist, I’ll say this clearly:
You can be a good mom and still need breaks.
You can love your child and still feel overwhelmed.
Both can be true. 🤍

If this resonates, you’re not alone…and support is available.

Today is National Working Mom Day 💼💛

To every mom balancing meetings, deadlines, daycare pickups, night wakings, and the invisible mental load in between — I see you.

Working motherhood often means living in two worlds at once: showing up professionally while also holding the emotional, physical, and mental needs of your family. It’s rewarding, but it can also be exhausting, overwhelming, and lonely at times.

If you’re a working mom in the perinatal or early parenting season, here’s your reminder today:
✨ You don’t have to do it perfectly.
✨ It’s okay to need support.
✨ Your mental health matters just as much as everyone you care for.

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish — it’s essential.
When mothers are supported, families thrive.

If you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or the transition back to work and feeling stretched thin, you’re not alone. Support is available. 🤍

When the world feels loud right now.. it’s okay to turn the volume down.

Limit the news.
Log off when needed.
Focus on your family.
Tend to your own nervous system.

You can care about the world without sacrificing your mental health.

Stay grounded. Stay present. Protect your peace.

The start of a new year can bring pressure to do more and be better. But growth doesn’t require self-criticism.

As you think about goals or create a vision board, consider including:
• What you’re already doing well
• What supports your mental health
• What you want to feel — not just what you want to accomplish
• What you’re ready to release

You are allowed to move forward at your own pace.
You are allowed to set goals that feel kind, realistic, and align with your values.

This year, let progress be rooted in self-compassion — not pressure. 🤍

Save this for later or share with someone who needs a gentler start to the year.
