Being that I’m in the profession of offering wellness to the whole body I thought I’d share a little treasure take away I got when I was in massage school. Periodically through the year, my mentors would start class with a little story of wisdom and then ask what our takeaway was. Often times I found myself in deep thought. Sometimes confirming things, sometimes encouraging adjustment, and other times just taking my mind off all the current distractions and allowing me to catch that deep breath of relief.
This story here has stuck with me the most.
