Last week I helped out at Kiwanis Camp up at Camp Tehama. As a Kiwanian, we raise funds all year to provide a weeklong camp experience for middle school kids for no cost to them. They have different activities (fishing, archery, tubing, leathercraft, woodworking, tye-dying a shirt), a hike, and a dance, plus campfire songs and skits.
My activity was leathercraft (making a belt) and giant bubbles. The kids and we Kiwanians always have a good time!
