As CNA Week comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize the heart of our home—our CNAs. ❤️
Being a CNA is so much more than a job. It's being there for the good days, the hard days, the laughter, the tears, the victories, and the challenges. It's offering a hand to hold, a listening ear, a comforting hug, and endless patience. It's showing up day after day with compassion and dedication, even when no one is watching.
Today, we celebrated with Hat Day and Sports Team Day! Staff enjoyed bagels with cream cheese and iced coffee for breakfast, followed by Runzas for lunch with our residents. ☕🥯🌽
While CNA Week may only last a few days, the impact our CNAs make lasts a lifetime. They are often the first face our residents see in the morning and the last one they see at night. They build relationships that become family, provide comfort during difficult moments, and celebrate life's special memories right alongside our residents.
Thank you to our CNAs for the care, kindness, strength, and love you pour into our residents every single day. Thank you to every staff member who helps support that mission and makes The Heritage a place filled with compassion and heart.
The hats and team jerseys were fun, but the real champions aren't on a sports team—they're the caregivers who choose to make a difference in someone's life every day. 🏆❤️
We see you. We appreciate you. And we are so grateful for you.
