May is our last month of indoor classes, my summer schedule will be out the second week of may with limited classes through the entire summer. The schedule will include some classes at RLM, classes at the Park, and more!

Next weekend is the Spring Equinox- a time to honor the equal balance of day and night, and the gradual returning of the longer summer sun. This weekend is an opportunity to sink into the slower awakening of our bodies out of winters rest, as well as celebrate the spring season of growth coming back to life- flowers are already blooming!

Join Stephanie and I for a little mini weekend "retreat" This will be a couple local classes held at the dance studio, including sitting with herbal tea and cacao for different perspectives and understandings from these sacred herbal allies. Both classes will incorporate meditation, breathwork, and movement all connected to this time of year.

Lastly we will have a fire ceremony to celebrate in community with friends, loved ones, and more! Just a chance to connect, tell stories, and share inspirations.

Hi all, here is a generalized schedule of all yoga, fitness, wellness classes happening at the Red Lodge School of Dance!
Know that all teachers on this schedule are working independently, so there is not one place to sign up for all classes. If you want to sign up for mine head to essenceinmotionyoga.com otherwise for the rest of the teachers just plan to show up!
My classes can change dependent on the month, so keep an eye on my schedules arriving monthly!
