Maybe if I tell you all this, it will help me believe it too.

This is something I struggle with. Not because I need to earn anyone’s approval but because there is just so much I want to do and become. Sometimes I forget rest isn’t just part of the process, it enhances it.

It’s been said you need 4 hugs a day for survival, 8 hugs a day for maintenance & 12 hugs a day for growth. I definitely felt the growth and love here. If you need to up your hug quota, check out my bio for our upcoming events. This is so much more than yoga.

Turns out, taking care of yourself, making new friends, moving your body from a place of love, slowing down, trying new things, and creating a life you actually love is… kinda chic. ✨
