We’re so excited to introduce Sumner as the newest addition to Arukah ✨

Sumner is a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor and she’ll be caring for women through a deeply personalized and integrative approach to health. Her work centers around truly listening, building trust, and empowering women with the knowledge to understand and support their bodies. She specializes in hormones, fertility, and whole-body wellness, using a blend of nutrition, herbal medicine, and hands-on therapies. She’s also trained in pelvic health therapies which is such a need in our community.

Her appointments can be scheduled through our booking link and you’ll be able to schedule for both wellness and pelvic health seasons with her. Her schedule will likely fill quickly due to the high number of requests we receive for what she is offering, so don’t wait!

Circadian rhythm. It matters so much. Especially for us women because our hormones change based on the daylight as well as the darkness. If you do anything, get some lights that support your hormones and get your self OUTSIDE first thing every morning for some sun-gazing. It’ll change your hormones, eyesight, & skin.

I personally love these lights because you can change the light color depending on the time of day and you can put them on a dimmer (working on that currently). These are a game-changer.

She’s recently moved to the area and has brought her Japanese Head Spa business with her. Terren has a passion for both wellness and community, and these sessions with her are the perfect opportunity to relax, reset, and care for yourself. You’ll feel supported, nurtured, and at ease with her as she holds space for you. What a beautiful gift she is to our area.
