Took a few days off to meet friends at Lake Tahoe for a little camping trip. We went to see our friends and Phil left the screen door open instead of our door. If you enjoy critter videos, you might enjoy this one.

For Phil's birthday, we went to Mosaic for dinner and I surprised him with this poster. That is a much younger, prettier me. I used Chat GPT for the first time and will be using it to make a similar poster. Other names we joke around with are Quick Crack, Crack in the Box, Snap CRACK and Pop, etc.

Possible captions include "I take insurance", "Crack so good", Best Crack Ever!", etc.... Please share your ideas and names. T-shirt mock-up to come!

We had a great time at the Jon Pardi concert. Phil doesn't want me to brag, but he met Jon that afternoon before the show and did an adjustment. Phil said Jon is a super nice guy. Jon said a lot of chiropractors aren't able to get his lower back, but Phil was able to adjust him. Amazing how many people were there! I hear it was record attendance with 6,000 people. Redding is happening!

We have been enjoying a nice, cooler summer. The office decorating has come to a stand still as it's too pretty outside. Still need to get a logo and a proper sign for the new office. You can now book appointments online at www.shastachiropractor.com. Melissa moved to Idaho and we are lucky to have Bobbi helping out at the front office.

We went to Santa Cruz with Ashley's new Jeep and the Casita. We've also been to McCloud and found a terrific spot past McCloud Falls/Fowler Campground called Algoma Campground. It's dry camping and first come, first serve. The McCloud River runs next to it and you can mountain bike right next to the stream. Now that the weather is warmer, it's time to boat.
And, Phil is now a grandfather to Sammy! Phil's son also got married. Getting old!
