October of 2024 I suffered a severe neck fracture and had to undergo a cervical fusion surgery. It was very painful and the road has been challenging. I am so excited to participate this weekend in the Redding Ironman 70.3 and test my strength and resolve. And I am so thankful to have had the expertise and to rely on my team at Chiro First to facilitate my recovery!!! Come cheer us on this Sunday!!!
