Services we offer currently: Consultations, EKG’s, Echocardiograms, Carotid Ultrasounds, Regular Stress Testing, Stress Echocardiograms, Nuclear Stress Testing, Pulmonary Function Testing, Physical’s, Drawing Labs.

Cardiac Clearances: We will continue to make the referrals or even an existing patient for cardiac clearance’s a priority. We will get these scheduled within a week and guarantee a Consultation, EKG, Echocardiogram, on the first visit. If they need a stress test or stress echocardiogram, we will get those scheduled within another 1-3 weeks depending on other required tests (labs, x rays, MRI/CT ect). If a Nuclear Stress Test is needed for clearance, then we can do it in our own office or order it at a hospital, whichever is faster.

Dental Clearances: We will prioritize dental clearances as we know time is of the essence with most crowns, root canals, extractions and denture work.

Urgent Referrals: We have opened Friday mornings for urgent referrals &/or urgent patient appointments.

Pulmonary Function Testing: We have a brand-new machine and can schedule appointments now.

Class A drivers or any other clearance type Physicals: We can complete your Physical needed for most clearances. Cash Pay is accepted, due upon completion of appointment.
Oncology Clearances: If your patient is on a treatment, or needs clearance to start treatments, please refer them to Dr Fletscher and we will get them scheduled quickly as we understand time is of the essence.

Lab Services: We can currently draw in our office as we are affiliated with Quest Diagnostics. We have two certified phlebotomists and will soon open our own lab. We will be able to operate AM/early hours a few mornings a week for early drawings for fasting patients. More information is to come as we are still planning this service. We are hoping to open this up to our patients on 7/1/2026.

Happy Halloween and November 1st is here literally tomorrow! It's that time of year again. Open enrollment is opening for Medicare part C plans. These are Medicare rollover plans. I highly caution anyone who is thinking about utilizing these program(s). Please do your research before changing. You will be offered a cheaper plan that most likely limits your health care, and you will be paying more out of pocket for your health care as well. Most of these plans require prior authorizations for treatment limiting your options for healthcare if the treatment authorization is denied.

It's that time of year again. Attention Medicare patients: Open enrollment will be starting very soon. Please research any rollover plan before signing any documents. These plans are often less expensive than traditional Medicare, but you will pay more out of pocket when you go to the Physician's office. Most of these plans need prior authorizations ahead of your appointment. If these new plans are cheaper than traditional Medicare and a secondary, there's a reason why.

We are now accepting self referrals. Call us today to schedule a consultation. We accept most insurances. Dr Fletschers specialty is Cardiology and he is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Partnership / Medical does require a referraql from your Primary Medical Doctor unless you are a special member or you are a member of a Rancheria and your Partnership does not require Authorization.

Dr Fletscher offers the following services: Echocardiograms, EKG's, Stress Tests, Stress Echocardiograms, Nuclear Stress Tests and Labratory Drawing in office. Depending on insurance we can offer referrals if needed to other specialty Providers.

Are you having a hard time finding a Primary Medical Doctor? We are accepting new patients! Dr Fletscher is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. His specialty is Cardiology. But we do accept patients for PMD services as well. We accept all insurances. Partnership does require their patients to have a PMD to refer you to our services.
