Meet our assistant manager Myranda Gregoire, a key part of our spa team!

Myranda joined us in 2022 and quickly became someone we rely on every day. She manages inventory and plays a big role in keeping everything running smoothly throughout the spa. Whether she’s at the front desk welcoming clients or at the beauty bar helping you find the perfect products, she’s always bringing a positive, helpful energy.

Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Myranda is also a huge support to our team, always stepping in to help employees and make sure everyone has what they need to succeed. We truly appreciate her dedication, hard work, and everything she does to keep Urban Retreat Day Spa flowing effortlessly behind the scenes.

Our General Manager and, as of January 2026, one of the proud owners of Urban Retreat.

Makia started with us at the front desk in 2019 and quickly stepped into a management role by 2020 - a true testament to her drive and dedication. She’s also the heart behind our Ladies Nights events and a huge reason everything runs as smoothly as it does.

Her leadership, work ethic, and ability to keep all the moving pieces together do not go unnoticed.
